✈️ Airport Trip Guidelines
Thank you for trusting Rides To Fly for your upcoming airport trip. Please take a moment to review the below to ensure an effective pick up.
📡 Flight Tracking
Our software and drivers track your flight. However, if you experience any delays or other related issues on the ground, please notify us in your group chat so we can make the proper arrangements for your arrival.
📲 Driver Communication
Our drivers will typically be in communication with you prior to your arrival and once your plane lands. Please keep your driver updated as you approach the baggage claim and let them know when you expect to be outside.
🚫 Curbside Pickup
Please understand that due to airport police enforcement, our drivers cannot wait for an extended period at the group pick-up areas. Our drivers will be waiting nearby and will proceed to pick you up once informed by their passenger. Please let our drivers know what door or pick-up area you will be waiting at.
💰 Pricing & Charges
You should have already received a quoted rate. We aim to avoid extra charges, but please note the following:
Base Rate: Standard rate for your trip
Holiday / Early / Late Fees:
Early/Late Fee applies from 11:30 PM to 6:20 AM
⏳ Waiting Time
International arrivals (with checked bags): 1 hour free
Domestic arrivals (with checked bags): 45 minutes free
Wait time starts from your landing time
After the free wait time:
$40/hr – Standard vehicles
$50/hr – Luxury SUVs or Transit/Sprinter vans
For airport drop-offs, 15 minutes of free wait time is included. After that, the same hourly charges apply starting from your original pickup time.
➕ Additional Charges
Car Seats: $15 per seat
Extra Stops: Based on time/distance
Food Pickups: $30
Overpacked Vehicles: Additional charge may apply
❌ Cancellation Policy
50% charge if canceled within 2.5 hours of pickup
100% charge if canceled within 1 hour of pickup

Thank you for understanding that for a long time we have been hesitant to put these guidelines in writing as we know these situations don’t typically occur. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and to avoid misunderstandings on either end, we felt as though it would be beneficial to bring these matters to your attention. Thank you for understanding.
