We value your trust in our service. This document outlines the next steps, ensuring you know exactly what to expect from the moment you book until your trip is completed.

How It Works
Customers book a ride by communicating with our dispatchers via WhatsApp, text message, or phone call. The dispatcher then inputs the booking into our platform.
You have now received a booking confirmation message from our dispatchers, which includes this information.
A driver will be assigned to your trip the evening before your ride or on the same day. The driver will contact you via WhatsApp or text message in a group chat set up by our dispatcher.
On the day of your trip, your driver will communicate with you once they are on the way and notify you when they have arrived for your scheduled pickup.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel or modify your trip. Please review the following cancellation policy:
50% cancellation fee applies to short-notice cancellations made within 2.5 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.
100% cancellation fee applies to short-notice cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled pick-up time.
Waiting Fees
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, especially with arriving flights. Some customers may experience aircraft delays at the gate, lost luggage, or other situations that can delay exiting the airport.
Please note that for domestic arrivals, 40 minutes of free waiting time is included. For international arrivals, 60 minutes of free waiting time is included. Please note that the free waiting time starts from the time your flight arrives.
After the complimentary waiting time has been exceeded, the following fees will apply:
Standard Car: $40 per hour
LX SUV: $50 per hour
Transit Van: $75 per hour
Extra Stops
A fee of $1 per minute applies for additional stops in standard vehicles, $1.50 per minute for luxury vehicles, and $2 per minute for large transit vans.
Early Morning & Late Night Fees
You should have already been provided with an hourly or point-to-point rate, as well as any applicable early morning or late night fees. For your convenience and reference, these fees are listed below:
Late Night Pick-Ups
Pick-up after 11:30 PM: $20
Pick-up after 12:30 AM: $30
Early Morning Pick-Ups
Pick-up between 12:30 AM – 5:55 AM: $30
Snow & Severe Weather Surcharge
In the event of extreme weather conditions, such as snow, ice, or unsafe road conditions, a weather-related surcharge may be applied to your booking. This surcharge helps account for increased driving risks, extended travel times, and additional operational considerations.
Please note that the snow or weather surcharge typically ranges between $30 and $50, depending on the severity of the weather and road conditions at the time of your trip. Any applicable surcharge will be determined based on real-time conditions.
